11 Pricing

Pricing is based on our consultation regarding cameras or other products locations and wirings. Customized locations and wiring might cost extra which need to be discussed on individual requests.

12 In case the customer makes a purchase via our website when our technicians have not visited the location previously, the installation fee may be variable. If there is no agreement on the installation fee, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund the customer. We have three days to prepare the product before shipment.

13 If the customer has a specific day in mind for installation, they must contact us before finalizing their purchase and confirm that installation on their desired day is possible. Otherwise, we may specify the day of the visit and installation. If there is no agreement on the installation day, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase and refund the customer.

Any breakage, impact, or improper use may void the warranty.

14 Any hacking or software issues in the system are the responsibility of the manufacturer, and we will not be held accountable for them.

15 Transferring images to mobile or external devices requires internet access at the location where the system is installed. We will not be held accountable for image transfer during internet connection issues.

16 Our products comes with  warranty between one to three years(depending on the brand) If any part requires to be serviced, the cost of service will be agreed upon by both parties. If the customer sends the part to our location, the warranty will not include any extra costs.

17 Setting the password is the customer’s responsibility and we will not be held accountable if they forget said password.
